Shipping rates
Free economy shipping on all orders! Some items will have additional shipping methods while others will have only one- this depends on our fulfillment partners, and unfortunately we can not expedite orders if the option is not available at checkout.
Order Processing Time
In an effort to eliminate retail waste, our products are created when you make your purchase! This means that our processing time can run 2-5 business days while we create your items. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be assembled the following business day.
Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
International Orders
We do not currently offer shipping outside the US.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s residence, get in touch with us at info@archaiosliving.com with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable).
