Refund policy
We accept returns for 30 days. Item must be in its original and unused condition. Items damaged during return shipping will not be honored for return. Item must be returned in its original new condition. PLEASE USE USPS (UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE) FOR RETURNS! Repackage return items with adequate protection, and consider shipping insurance for large items prone to damage or staining during transit. It is recommended that you use a traceable delivery method for all returns to ensure your delivery is safely returned to us. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned to us. Please allow 3-5 business days for item inspection. Refunds will be issued via original payment method, and may take up to an additional 7-10 business days to post to your account.
Please note:
-Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and without stains to qualify for return. If the item appears to be used, washed, or damaged in any way (including stains) upon return, the refund will be forfeited and buyer must pay for shipping to have the item returned to them.
-We do not accept the return of any lingerie or swimwear unless defective or faulty due to hygiene & safety concerns.
-All sale items are final. There is no exchange or refunds on sale items unless defective or faulty.
-WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND SHIPPING VIA USPS TO ENSURE YOUR RETURN IS DELIVERED TO OUR RETURNS DEPT.
Any manufacturing defects or incorrect items will be replaced at no charge, as long as it's within 30 days of receiving the item. Simply send us a picture of the defect or incorrect item, and we will get a replacement item underway.
